Power Racks for Sale
Home use power racks enable bars with weight plates to be used safely as they have adjustable bar catchers.
Some even have long safeties or an enclosed system to prevent the user falling on the floor while still holding the bar. In a home gym setting this could be a life saver.
It is less likely that a house will have a power rack as there may be noise restrictions in a residential area, especially in an apartment block. But for those who want to do heavy weights, a squat rack or power rack will keep them safe during a training session.
Value for money is only possible if the rack is strong enough and has the features you need. If you have an Olympic bar, the rack will need to accommodate that. And if you have lots of weight discs, a rack that stores these will be useful, as they will not clutter your gym.
The strongest power racks are the ones built with box section steel that is welded in large sections, not just bolted. We can supply functional rigs which have a power rack included – these are the strongest and most adaptable units, from brands like Exigo and Jordan. There are folding racks which save space when not in use, useful in a restricted space.
For squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press and many more, there’s no substitute for weight training in a power rack. Custom rigs are popular with many paint colours available.
It is worth considering building a gym in a ground floor room or outbuilding as this gives extra space for training and doesn’t disturb those in the other parts of the building.
Some clients build a separate room, or even a recreational wing to house their gym equipment, which can be planned taking account of all the needs of the kit.
Maybe ask your personal trainers to assist with safe use of a squat rack or power rack.
